The senior helpline phone number is 855-241-1699.

A senior helpline is a toll-free calling service that allows seniors and caregivers to learn more about senior living services. We have established our senior helpline to provide a wealth of information. Callers can learn how to find senior living centers, information about paying for senior care, and how to find support for seniors. Our goal is to provide a professional, secure, and knowledgeable helpline so that seniors and their caregivers have all of the resources needed to make the right decisions about senior living.

What Services Does the Senior Helpline Provide?

Callers to our senior helpline generally fall into one of three categories.

  1. You can use the senior helpline to find caregiving assistance. This includes in-home senior care, live-in nursing services, and hospice care providers.
  2. Caregivers, loved ones, and seniors searching for assisted living options can also find valuable information via the senior helpline. We offer a nationwide directory of hospice care, memory care, skilled nursing centers, and other forms of assisted living for seniors.
  3. Lastly, caregivers, loved ones, and seniors call our senior helpline to learn more about living and care options in their area. For example, we have comprehensive listings of active senior apartments, continuing care retirement communities, and lifestyle communities for seniors. We can also help seniors locate specialized senior living communities, such as golf retirement, senior co-op housing, or luxury senior apartments.

What Happens When I Call the Senior Helpline?

When you call the senior helpline you are connected with one of our knowledgeable senior care advisors. These advisors will listen to your questions and help identify your most pressing need.

For example, you may need assistance with finding affordable senior housing as soon as possible. Our advisors will provide you with information and research resources for you to use to find low-income senior housing in your area. Once you have found senior housing you might have questions about how to find in-home nurses to assist you. Contact our helpline as often as you need to throughout the process of finding senior care services.

If you do not know what type of senior care is best for you, we can help you with this, too. Our advisors are trained to assist seniors and their caregivers in finding the most applicable and well-suited type of senior care services on the market.

To do this we will ask you questions, such as about your current level of medical care, desire to rent or purchase a home, or your lifestyle preferences. Based on this personalized information our advisors will be able to lead you in the right direction.

Can I Call on Behalf of Someone Else?

Yes. If you are a caregiver, daughter/son, or neighbor who is assisting a senior citizen with their senior care needs, we encourage you to call the senior helpline. Anyone who has questions about senior care will find the information they need via our helpline.

What If I Need Help With Something Unrelated to Senior Living?

Some types of senior needs are unrelated to senior housing or senior care.
