Stephanie Jones is a visionary leader, transformative strategist and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in health care, technology and operations. As the founder and CEO of iTAV, she is on a mission to revolutionize health care by simplifying complex systems and advocating for the often overlooked workforce — particularly operations teams and vulnerable populations, including older adults.

Stephanie's decision to launch iTAV was deeply personal. After dedicating her career to shaping Medicare systems, she found herself on the other side — witnessing firsthand the challenges her aging mother, family and friends faced while navigating the complexities of the system she helped build. Recognizing the overwhelming need for clarity, accessibility and support, she set out to create a solution that empowers individuals and caregivers, ensuring that no one has to struggle alone in a system meant to serve them.

Stephanie's career began at Cigna, where she quickly distinguished herself by securing an underwriting role typically reserved for seasoned professionals. This bold move set her on a trajectory of rapid advancement toward leadership roles at top health-care organizations, including Vista Health Plan, Coventry Healthcare (now Aetna) and UnitedHealth Group. By the age of 32, she was vice president of product development at one of South Florida's largest health plans, overseeing Medicare and Medicaid HMO product design and portfolio management. Under her leadership, the company expanded to 250,000 members and generated $500 million in annual revenue.

In 2005, Stephanie joined Convey Health Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company's business-to-business operating model from $30 million in annual revenue to $400 million. Over 10 years, she ascended to leadership positions that included president of the Technology Business Unit and culminated in her role as chief operating officer. She was instrumental in taking the company public, marking a career milestone as she rang the bell on the New York Stock Exchange. As senior vice president and chief operating officer, she led the enterprise's strategic operations and oversaw P&L, $250 million of the company's $400 million in annual revenue, as many as 3,500 employees across the U.S. and the Philippines, and key client relationships.

At the heart of Stephanie's leadership philosophy is the belief that it takes a village to drive meaningful change. Whether building high-performing teams, forging collaborative industry partnerships or transforming health care through technology, she understands that success is never achieved alone. Her ability to unite people, foster innovation and execute bold strategies has made her a trusted leader in the field. As a dynamic executive, Stephanie is known for her ability to drive operational efficiency, negotiate complex technology and services contracts, and implement scalable solutions that foster business growth. Her approach combines technological insight, operational expertise and a deep commitment to creating supportive, collaborative environments. Stephanie's expertise in organizational transformation, coupled with her unwavering commitment to innovation and equity, has made her a sought-after leader in health-care technology.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie is an author and thought leader, sharing insights on leadership, technology and organizational transformation. In her debut memoir, “Running to Catch Up: Winning in Spite of Myself,” she chronicles her personal journey of confronting her fears and rediscovering her authentic self — beyond her identity as a businesswoman and mother. She is also a dedicated philanthropist and an active member of the International Women's Forum of Florida.

Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She resides in Miami with her husband of over 30 years, Morshee, and is the proud mother of two adult sons, Mikel and Miles.
