Corey has been writing about Medicare, senior living, and health for over 10 years. Her career spans 20+ years in the nonprofit sector, where she served as an educator and patient advocate for organizations including The American Fertility Association and The Skin Cancer Foundation.
In her time as a member of the SeniorLiving.org tech team, Corey has tested and reviewed hundreds of products for older adults, including many hearing aids. Corey specializes in reading and interpreting scientific studies about health conditions, such as dementia and hearing loss. She utilizes this knowledge to assess the efficacy and applicability of products for seniors. She is very knowledgeable about OTC hearing aids and other products for seniors thanks to her hands-on experience and hundreds of hours of research.
