Now also open to select GS-14 and above federal employees, the community will add 75 new apartment homes over the next three years, ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet.
Also planned for the property is a new community center, which will feature an informal grill-style bistro, a library, a multi-purpose room, classrooms, and spaces for many favorite activities.
